Default When hubby gets angry

Its natural that most men do get angry, well I know my one does and he does get quite a temper which last for a long time, and in order to get him into his good and normal mood its takes long!

In the situation when my hubby gets angry I generally stay out of his way, leave him alone and just talk minimum, so that I dont get on his nerves! And its not that hes angry at me, just when he gets angry at other things too!

What do you do when your hubby gets angry!

My husband is very laid back and he never, really, never gets angry. But he gets upset. And I think that is even worse than getting angry. He gets in a mood where he is extremely touchy and dead silent. In those moments, I just leave him alone and let him get back to his usual state. I've pushed him in the past when he was like that and it led to him having a panic attack, so now I just let him work it out. He has bipolar disorder, so it is a bit different than having someone who yells and screams...

My husband doesn't get angry very often. I am very lucky!
When he does get angry, we usually will talk about it. I want to know what is going on to make him upset. Usually by talking things out it helps him realize that it isn't as big a deal as it seemed in the first place.

My husband tends to be very talkative when he's mad. So I just let him vent it all out and try to keep my mouth shut until he calms down. I only approach him or try to talk to him when he's already calm and has collected his thoughts. This is to avoid getting into an argument or a fight.

It depends. My husband is a very reasonable man, but sometimes life problems take their toll on him, and he can get rather emotional. If he is just "venting," I don't mind, and I am there for support. However, if he snaps at me, I put a quick end to it.

my husband have a temper. and have the tendecy to get mad easily on things. but this fades easily also. If this happens I just shut up, I let him talk. and after a while he would be calm.
