Default Romantic Dinner with Husband

Are you planning to arrange a romantic dinner for your husband, and then first identify the reasons for it. Is it that you two had a fight in the morning and now you want to clear it out with a romantic dinner or is that it’s just the feeling of love that demands the dinner. It can also be that you and your husband have been too busy in life and now you want to get closer with a romantic dinner. The reasons can be many but you need to identify them and set the mood accordingly. You need to first decide whether you are going to give him a surprise or are willing to tell him about the dinner. Incase it’s a surprise make sure he leaves office on the time you desire him too. Play smart here. Either order his favorite dishes or cook them yourself. If you cook them yourself then this will add to the romance. Set the table right with fresh and clean table cloth and mats. Keep a candle on the table for the romantic mood.

I do organize romantic dinners once in a while. The reason is just to make a nice surprise for my husband and to spend some enjoyable time with him. I do it either at home, when I cook all kind of stuff we both like and set the table in a nice way; he calls it "feast" then. Or I can save up some money and invite him to a nicer restaurant. He is not a big fan of that though, unfortunately.

we don't really call it a "dinner" since it may be that we go out for lunch or dinner, just the two of us. i sometimes cook for him too. i consider it romantic so long as it's just the two of us and we're having a good time.

Do you use any special decorations, like flowers or maybe candles? I have done both when I cooked a "just-for-us" dinner at home, and it certainly adds to the atmosphere. Some guys won't admit it, but they appreciate it as well!
