Thanks for the information Harpreet. I know that yoga makes you fit and healthy, But it makes the skin look healthy and glowing is a new thing to me.

It is believed that yoga postures (asanas) stimulate the sebaceous glands which lie under the surface of the skin to secret their natural oils. That's way some yoga systems do massage after doing asanas. The massage will returns the beneficial secretions back to the skin, keeping it soft and supple.

Take deep breathe from your nose and blow the air out from the nose itself. This is very simple and should be one first before you start the othet exercises, its like warming up.

I know that taking a deep breathe from one nostril, and leave the air out from the other nostril for warming up, like, when you breathe in from right nostril the left nostril should be closed with the finger tip & when you leave the air out, your right nostril should be closed and through left nostril the air should be blown out.

thanks for the link. Breathing is the first thing too master in Yoga. Without good breathing pattern, your Yoga will not be as effective as it is.
