Pranayama Way To Charge Your Body
When the body and mind goes slow or fatigued of doing work, then there is a need to recharge your body and mind. The best way is to do Pranayama, i.e., conscious life force control. Pranayama a yogic asana involving meditation of the seven life chakras present in our body right from the head to the last spine. Now air or prana is breathed in and imagined as if it is entering the body through mind and then flowing to the different chakras and making them live. Slowly all the seven chakras are charged in the same way. If any body part is unhealthy, then prana is sent to that part to make it healthy.
