Default Everyday Surya Namaskar....

Hi Folks,

Here i start a thread for the people who do surya namaskar everyday. it is a set of 12 various asanas. i was told vashista taught this asana to rama in those times. it is very energetic and dynamic exercise and it works out total body.

Join this thread and update your count on everyday suraya namaskar and get inspired by other to increase its count.

Let us start gals... Healthy Day... Healthy Life...
Today I did 5numbers(10 asanas+Namaskar * 5)

Hi gals,

may have viewed this thread and iam sure all of you are either Yogicks r would ve known abt SN.. why dont you people join? just post ur counts...

If you did Shavasana after Surya namaskar, that is a different matter !

but do you know about Shavasana?
Shavasana - the state of complete relaxation
It is a relaxing posture intended to rejuvenate one's body, mind and spirit. While savasana is a good way to reduce stress and tension, it is not recommended for meditation. It is used to begin and conclude a yoga session.

Ive heard suryanamaskars are good for you, but I find it difficult to take out enough time to do it. I think one needs to be free of any tension and have enough time to do yoga, so it can be done properly.

Any suggestions on how i can fit yoga, especially suryanamaskars into my lifestyle.

Hi Neetu,

Yes suryanamaskaras are very good for increasing concentration levels and lose fat as well, it tones up our body.10 rounds of suryanamaskaras take about 10 mins of your time depending upon individual strengths.take out some time in the morning and start practicing with 5 every day and slowly increase your count. today I reached 20 rounds , my target is to reach 75 per day I hope I will reach it by this month end
