I think yoga not only is a key to happy life but also plays a vital role in giving you a stress free life too, especially in this time in life where we all have jobs and also have the house work to do and for some who even have to look after kids. I know it helps me a lot in my busy lifestyle, so I'm sure it can help anyone else too. |

yoga is a boon only if done in proper supervision and not like anything. Baba Ram Dev has done a lot to spread awareness about the benefits of Yoga all over the world. you can attend one of his camps of watch him live on Tv to know the right way.

Agree to that too! Even if Yoga has gained the universal nod as it indeed leads to double benefits of the mind and spirit, for those who are aged and have certain physical illnesses, they need the proper consultation first before launching themselves into. That way, theyll be more informed and guided as to what to do and how they should do it.
