Default Key To Happy Living

Yoga has been considered the best form of exercise since time immemorial. This is so because yoga is not just for your physical health but also for your mental stability. It also helps in making you more attractive, as it improves the skin tone. Thus, in a nutshell it can be said that yoga is a key to happy living because it connects you to your spiritual and physical being.

The yoga exercises for the beginners include some slow breathing ones, which allow the performer to release stress and feel better. If you start performing yoga as your daily exercise routine then gradually you will find that you do not get over just stress but you also remain fit and healthy. It helps you lose weight and be in shape. You can even boost up your energy levels and maintain good balance and agility in life. Yoga makes your body more flexible and it improves the internal immune system as well.

The best part of yoga is that it focuses on all aspects of the human being - spirit and body. It takes into consideration both mind and physical body and that is why people who perform yoga on daily basis are less likely to fall sick. Patients suffering from blood pressure and heart diseases can feel better doing yoga. However, such patients need to do exercises under guidance only. Yoga also takes care of your emotional well being.

The various types of yoga include, Raja yoga, Hatha yoga, Iyengar yoga, Hot yoga, Pregnancy yoga, Laughter yoga, Ashtanga yoga. Now, if you are worried as to which Yoga is best for you then you need the guidance of a professional practitioner. Although a healthy human being can perform any kind of yoga, but the diseased people need to do so with the permission of their doctor only. Yoga is one of the best ways to meditate and stay connected with your inner being.

I think yoga not only is a key to happy life but also plays a vital role in giving you a stress free life too, especially in this time in life where we all have jobs and also have the house work to do and for some who even have to look after kids.
I know it helps me a lot in my busy lifestyle, so I'm sure it can help anyone else too.

yoga is a boon only if done in proper supervision and not like anything. Baba Ram Dev has done a lot to spread awareness about the benefits of Yoga all over the world. you can attend one of his camps of watch him live on Tv to know the right way.

Agree to that too! Even if Yoga has gained the universal nod as it indeed leads to double benefits of the mind and spirit, for those who are aged and have certain physical illnesses, they need the proper consultation first before launching themselves into. That way, theyll be more informed and guided as to what to do and how they should do it.

Yes you are right jessika, just like any other exercise you need to practice yoga in proper way other wise you are not going to get any benefits. And yes Baba Ramdev has increased the awareness about the yoga globally. Now Ramdev have become a synonym of Yoga around this world.

They say laughter is the best medicine. I'm a happy and smiling type of person. Is normal laughing already a laughter yoga or you need to join a group of people?
