Default Comfortness in YOGA, clears out DEPRESSION

I recently started to YOGA early in the morning when i get up from bed, from the time i started, now i feel very comfortable, my hubby itself taught me to do Yoga, as he does everyday. It gives us peace of mind as we meditate in it, it takes us away from this world to different world.

By practising Yoga we can clear out depressions in us, just practise in a simple way and freely, no need to do as high efficacy exercises.

I'm completely agreeing with you that Yoga is the perfect method to fight not only with the hypodynamia but it also helps to overcome depression. It comes from the manner of the exercising which actually demands the complete concentration of the attention to the body.

Well, I agree with you. Certain yoga postures are aimed to improve our glandular functions by treating, pressing, stretching and massaging the glands. It balances the glandular functions so that not only physical health we get but also balanced mental condition, as the hormones produces by the glands also affect our mental condition.

I never knew yoga was good for depression. I knew people meditated and focused on their bodies, but never knew it could actually help with depression. I might have to look into it!

Is there a part of yoga that specifically helps with depression? I've always thought that any kind of physical exercise can help to prevent depression.

I didn't know that, but it makes sense. Anything that distracts you and focuses your negative feelings on something positive is always a good thing.
