That's true. I try to do Surya Namaskar every morning and I really feel much better now. If you just have very limited time to do yoga, do Surya Namaskar. It treat and exercise your whole body.

I have heard about surya namaskar, but never knew it had that many health benefits. Think I will have to try this out.
