I've recently started practicing yoga. But after I finish yoga, I feel cold, especially my feet. I'm in 24-30 age group. Is anybody else has same experience? Please advice me where I'm going wrong.

| It is common that after yoga we feel cold, because during yoga, the fat deposited in our body will be burnt & released out in the form of sweat, or heat will be released out from the body, and there will be increase in circulation, so we certainly feel cold.

It is pretty normal to feel cold after a yoga session. This is the sign that your body benefited from Yoga. The cold feeling is a result of rapid blood circulation in your body.
