Default Your Yoga Practice

I'm curious to know how often and how long you practice yoga/meditation.

it is best to do yoga for one hour...but we dont have time to do in morning.it is enough to take fifteen minutes to do in this fast life. but you should concentrate in your workout, daily do various yoga exercises like pranayama, tomorrow padmasana, day after sitting yoga ,standing yoga....and so on...

If you have enough time, Yoga is best done everyday for at least 30 minutes to one hour. If you don't have time, you can do it on a coffee break for 15 minutes.

Do most of you do yoga alone, or do you do it in a class/with a friend? I would feel a little weird doing it alone

Ordinary I am devoting 45 minutes for the Yoga and 20 minutes for the special meditations. I think that it is more than enough according to the tempo of the modern life. In addition I am sure that the personal temperament plays the main role in this case.

I do yoga in a class.. I think it's important to have someone teach you the proper way to hold your body before you start doing it on your own, to prevent injury.

The classes I attend are an hour to 1.5 hours long.

I have been practicing once a day, every day for the past two years. I am hoping to extend the time that I practice but it has yet to happen.
