I have a lot of grinding and popping in my neck, whenever I move it. Sometimes it "locks" and I have to click it. Anyway, I was wondering, could yoga help me overcome the clicking? I've heard it can prevent muscle pain etc, but what about the clicking? PS. does anyone else get this clicking/locking in their necks? |

Yes, sure. The various movement and stretching in yoga (especially backward and forward bending) will flex your backbone and correct it. It will make your spine supple and strong.

Yoga can surely help you with our clicking/locking neck. Yoga makes your body flexible and can make your well being improve. If done the correct way, in no time, the clicking an locking will disappear.
