My aunt used to make a very awesome casserole with Doritos as the base layer. It was a Mexican style but there were other various casseroles that were more neutral and not spicy. I can't find them no matter where I search. Anyone care to share their casserole recipes that include Doritos? |

I make taco salad with doritos. I take lettuce, shredded cheese, browned ground beef ( cooked with taco seasoning), tomatoes, banana peppers and mix it all together. Crunch doritoes on top and then put dressing on right before serving. Stir all together and serve.

| They are from the same family as chili peppers. They are kinda long and the most of the time they are green, but they also come in red as well - I find them a little too hot.

That's the first i have heard doritos in a casserole dish or any dish in fact. If im not wrong you are talking about doritos as in the crisps/chips? |

its a family favorite. Doritos - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Banana pepper - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia we use ground turkey or meal starters crumbles, taco seasoning, shredded extra sharp cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes. The bottom of the bowl its lettuce, then diced tomatoes. diced onions cheddar cheese then I like guacamole and sour cream and salsa I use the chips to scoop |
