In many Italian dishes we come across puttanesca sauce.. Puttanesca Sauce, classically Italian is a basic tomato sauce with olives, capers and garlic. It makes a wonderful sauce for grilled polenta and is also good over the various pasta dishes..

Puttanesca sauce is pretty much similar to other italian tomato sauces but the only difference is the addition of capers. However this small addition does make a difference to the tase of the sauce and the pasta dish.
