Place 4 tb olive oil, 1 crushed garlic clove & 2 tb chopped fresh coriander in a bowl & mix together. Put the naan breads on 2 baking sheets & scatter over by 250g ready made tandoori chicken sliced, 200g cherry tomatoes (halved) & 1/4 finely copped red onions. Drizzle over half the oil and bake in preheated oven 200degC. Wait until naans are crunchy. |

nice idea but i find it easier to find pizza base than make naan |

we have naans almost everyday for lunch so I make them hot & fresh from white flour dough, although naan is similar to thin pizza base so you can use them as well.
