Heat 2tb vegetable oil in a wok, add 150g finely chopped chicken breast & stir fry for 1 min. Add 50g cooked peeled prawns, 1 crushed garlic, grated carrot & thinly sliced white cabbage & stir fry for another 3-4mins. Pour in 1 beaten egg & spread it out using a wooden spoon. Let it set & then add 300g cold cooked rice & break up the egg, stirring it in. Finally add 2 tb ketchup manis (sweet soy sauce), ½ teaspoon sesame oil & 1 tb chili sauce. Heat through& serve garnished with strips of chili. |
