Our family loves these homemade patties, they turn out so soft and yummy. You can use either chicken or turkey meat for them (I usually buy skinless chicken breasts). Just run the meat through the grinder, adding some bread soaked in milk in the process. Add 1-2 eggs, mix it all nicely together. Add some salt and garlic powder. Fry on low to medium heat, on a frying pan. Serve hot or cold! |

Nice I've always wanted to eat chicken patties since mostly here are beef and pork patties. Chickens are the best in any way you cook it. Hooray for chickens...

I don't think the patty can get the same texture as that one which is fried. I haven't tried a patty made fresh from oven.

I haven't tried making them in the oven, but you can steam these patties, and they will turn out just as soft and nice - only without that yummy fried crust on them. I'm sure steaming is a healthier option.

True since meat has also some fats left on it. Although I'm used to patties that are fried in oil so it might be an unusual twist to my appetite.
