Default Noodles

Making noodles is very simple, you just have to boil the noodles first of all mean while you can prepare the vegetables to be mixed in a pan with a little oil or butter. Now put the noodles in to the same pan containing vegetables, mix them, put vinegar and soya sauce. cook it till they attain a reddish brown color. that's it.... enjoy

You can also call it a stir fry which is mixed with noodles, well that's a way my friend always used to put, as the method is same, the only difference is that you add soya sauce and vinegar in the end!

A common name for this kind of dish made is also called chow mein!

A stir fry is a relly healthy way to cook and eat vegetables as it makes sure they are not over cooked and needs very little oil too. but make sure your wok is really really hot beforeyou stir fry otherwise the veggies soak in all the oil and dont come out crisp.

It is very simple to cooked noodles. Stir fry vegetables and meat, put some soy sauce and water, then when the water boils, put the noodles. Turn off heat when the noodles are cooked.

We make shrimp alfredo with veggies - all it takes is alfredo sause, noodles, a package of shrimp, and veggies of your liking. We steam the vegetables, boil noodles, and fry the shrimp just a little bit. Tastes great, and costs much less than pre-mixed frozen stuff.

Default Noodles here

Here we have so many different varieties.
We make our own egg noodles to mix with broth, gravy or cheese. I prefer them with just a bit of butter and salt and pepper.
1 cup of flour
1 jumbo egg
milk. flour into bowl. make a well in the middle of the flour. break the egg at the top so you have a cup. egg goes in teh well of flour. then fill the egg shell up with milk. and dump in. Mix well. dough will form in no time. Then roll out small piece of the dough very thin. cut into strips and place into salted boiling water until tender. drain.

idiyappam actually goes much better with coconut milk.

If you are vegetarian, potatoes and peas khurma goes well
with idiyappem, give me some time, I'll ask my wife for the
exact recipe, she is in the other room watching Sun TV
mega serial, I am not going to risk disturbing her till that
episode gets over
