Do you ever make barbeque ribs? I know it is much more fun to order them at a restaurant and have someone else do all the work, but sometimes I make them at home, too. I have a tip from a professional chef: boil them first then bake, it will make the ribs more tender.

I love ribs. Yes, I do boil them first. I usually then cook them on the grill. They are one of my family favorites.

If you don't have time to boil your ribs, they also sell them precooked with the sauce already on them. My husband brought these home and they were wonderful!
