My sister in law is a pure vegetarian (no meat, no eggs) and when wanting to make things like potato salad, coleslaw and sandwiches and other things she gets left out because of the egg being in the mayo!

I know that you do get eggless mayo, but just dont know how to make it without egg, as I would rather use fresh mayo when make fresh salads and all!
