Exercices like walking & jogging gradually helps in loosing weight, from less frequency increasing slowly to more frequency and continuing the same is well recommended in case of exercices, once you start exercices you have to continue them without break, if it is done so, you'll again gain the double weight within less time.

I wish I could say I worked out a lot, but I just can't get myself to do it. The things that I find fun aren't very active. I love sitting on my butt, watching tv, snacking, playing games.. that's my life. But hey, I love it ![]()

Exercises should be done regularly or periodically. With this, losing weight s not a problem. If you stop exercising, you'll gain much more weight than normal. Keep it as a habit and maintain good routine exercises.

How you exercise is just as important as the duration and frequency of the exercise. Interval training is much more effective than simple jogging or walking. Interval training four days a week can actually burn more calories than a regular workout 7 days a week!
