Default tips of weight loss by proper exercices.

Exercices like walking & jogging gradually helps in loosing weight, from less frequency increasing slowly to more frequency and continuing the same is well recommended in case of exercices, once you start exercices you have to continue them without break, if it is done so, you'll again gain the double weight within less time.

I wish I could say I worked out a lot, but I just can't get myself to do it. The things that I find fun aren't very active. I love sitting on my butt, watching tv, snacking, playing games.. that's my life. But hey, I love it

You are absolutely right as to the exercises. You should devote sufficient time for the exercise every day in order to be in a good shape. It helps not only to hold the body weight on the demanded level but it also helps you to be protected from stresses.

Exercises should be done regularly or periodically. With this, losing weight s not a problem. If you stop exercising, you'll gain much more weight than normal. Keep it as a habit and maintain good routine exercises.

Very true. I was active before in sports and I would also go to the gym regularly. But when I stopped because I got busy with work, I gained weight.Now, I'm at my heaviest...

How you exercise is just as important as the duration and frequency of the exercise. Interval training is much more effective than simple jogging or walking. Interval training four days a week can actually burn more calories than a regular workout 7 days a week!
