The first tip to loose weight is forget dieting do not starve. You will end putting on more weight. Take up any kind of physical exercise running, jogging, walks or even swimming. Then it is very important to have a good night sleep so try sleeping in the night for at least 7 to 8 hours for sure. This will rest your body muscles and tissues and you will fresh and stay fit. One should also cut down on the sweet intake. Chocolates, desserts and sweets are tings to be away from. Indulging in them once in a while is ok but not everyday. It is also advised to substitute polished rice with brown rice. If you are over weight then hit a gym and take advice from a professional trainer to help you.

Do exercise regularly. Strictly follow dieting. Never take fatty and fried item. This will work for weight loss. Due to heredity somebody naturally looks fatty. For them i don't think this exercise, dieting will work good. |

Nutriionists and trainers are your friends. They ca help you whatever the cause of your weight problem can be, metaboolism, improper diet and so on.

to keep your metabolism running at high speed, you need to eat small meals throughout the day. Everytime you eat, your metabolism jumps. So why is it that we eat but can't lose weight. It still is a calorie issue. You still need to burn more calories that you eat to lose. By eating small meals all day you still burn calories but don't really eat more, just more often.

There are so many ways to lose weight , but I would have to say that the best way that has always helped me is going to curves , watch what you eat and drink lots of water . It is always helpful when you go with someone and watch what is happening to eachother as you lose the weight it is real encouraging .

every morning half glass water add honey regularly for 1 month, automatically you can feel the difference in the body weight.

| What does the water and honey do . I am curious because I have never heard of that before ??? Does it flush your system out or something ???

One lady told me once that what she does is every morning she has a cup of just hot water. Just hot water, hhmmmm. Then I looked it up and it is recommended because it flushes your system way better than cold water and doesn't add calories. I tried it and i can't drink just hot water. But i was being a baby. Maybe I'll try it again.

That is something I have not heard of ...I will do some research on that . It kinda seems silly

Yeah I thought so too. They say to drink water, but to drink just hot water. She said that it flushes the body better than cold water. Let me know what you find and I will do the same.

You know , I did some research and I have found that it is not the hot water that helps it is water in general. Unless some one can come up with an actual study I would say that it is hear say .

I don't think I could drink hot water everyday. I would rather put some chocolate powder in it to make it more yummy. )

Where I got the information they said to try and use lemon or something along those lines . So if you are looking to try it that is what I would suggest

They said that drinking cold water could help our body develop more fats? Do you think its true? For me, if you want to eliminate fats in your body, you have to minimize eating fatty foods. Do lots of exercise too. |
