Thumbs up Walk Away the Pounds is Awesome!

I have been exercising with Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds for the past four years and I am still as impressed as I was the first day I tried out her One Mile walk. Since I have been at it for a while now, I am doing her four mile walk - it is a little tough sometimes, but she knows how to keep the exercise interesting and fun, and it is virtually impossible not to go along with it.

Brisk-walking has helped me in more ways than I can count. Though the best benefits have been getting a great shape and being able to shed all the extra pounds that I had carried around after the births of my two daughters.

If you have tried different weight-loss/exercise combinations and they have not worked for you as you wished they would, give Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds a try for a few days. I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the wonderful changes that you will feel about yourself.

They say walking is the best way to lose weight, but I have always find it gets a bit boring after a while. But ButterflyEs what you mentioned obviously seems to be working and like you said is fun and different, let me know more about this. Thanks

Default Walking is best

I too agree. Walking is the best way to reduce weight. But once you decided to go for walking, never stop it. If you stopped, the weight started to increase.

Well, I think walking will be my exercise next time. Weight loss is one of my goal this year but I think lifting weight nor even running is neither my choice. If ever I would try brisk walking, how often should I do that?

I think as often as possible. You can also try some threadmills for indoors. I usually stay inside the house and do some jump ropes.

Jump ropes is a nice exercise, it's fun also. But it never works with me. I never succeed to do five jump without stumbling over the rope LOL.
Walking also the exercise I really want to do. But I rarely get time to do that. So I mostly do indoors, where I can stop anytime.

I will have to look into this. I love to walk. It is a great stress reliever as well. I have a friend who lost 80+ pounds by walking a couple times a day. Of course she had to change her eating habits as well, but it was the walking that helped her to do that.
