When you want to enter into a diet program, do not overdo things. Do not suddenly change your eating habits drastically. If your system has been used to taking certain amount of calories everyday, by suddenly changing the intake drastically, you will trigger of resistance from your body, which will end up in craving for food. Try to reduce your food gradually and allow time for your body to manage with lesser calories. The common mistake that we make here is that we suddenly get into rigorous dieting program and unable to cope with the change, we get back to our old eating habits in 2 to 3 weeks time. When we give up our diet program, often our situation will get worse than before as we will tend to over eat trying to compensate for what we have been missing. So moderation is the rule that you should play by. The next important key to success in your weight loss efforts is that you should keep track of the results of your weight loss efforts. Only when you measure the results regularly you will be able to modify your approach to your weight loss efforts. This will also motivate you further to stick to your weight loss efforts. Consistent and persistent efforts will always bring the desired results in weight loss. |

Harpreet i think the weight loss industry will never go down, no matter how bad the economy will go, and like you mentioned its been proven too in this time of recession. There are lots of people who want to lose weight all the time and its going to be like this forever I think.

Don't go starving yourself, which seems to be the trend I've seen a lot lately among teens. You body needs healthy food in order to lose weight. I am offering a free teen weight loss guide here. It's more geared for the parents of teens, but you will still get a lot of value from it well lots of tips have been given, umm but as you have asked regarding islam, so yes eating according to islamic way does make you healthy ! just few example, i always drink water before starting meal coz my parents told me to as our prophet used to follow it means its Sunnah.... wter is important for digestion of food, better digested food is good for health, secondly you don't eat to the full s alreding having some wter in your stomach so it stop you from over eating, giving stiety effect !..so automtically, you eat less, means put less weight ! our prophet used to chew the food properly before swallowing..again, take longer time, feelling full soon nd good digestion ! Also small food in intervals instead of much food t one time..that improves yoru digestion ! and never eat to the full, always leave some space in your stomach ! there r many more.. but for simple tips, get all the carbs out of your daily diet, including junk, bread (swith to brown bread if cn't tolerate the hunger)..take more protein and vitamens by vagies, fruits,..fish is better than chicken and chicken is better than beef n mutton, so either fish or chicken should be preffered...!green tea also help reducing the weight(not documented though) but it is good for healthy stomach !....water is important, drink as much s you can...with intervals..! eliminating carbs from food would swith yoru body to use extra fat for energy ! protein would come later also regular hlf n hour walk or even excercise is helpful ! morning brisk walk before breakfast burns more calories ...! n there re many more ..! tc!

Take a glass of hot water and add one spoon honey. Have it every day, weight will be reduced.

You can also add this advise from Christopher Guerriero and that is to make sure that you purchase fresh foods and avoid package (processed) and convenient foods such as fast food. Packaged and convenient foods are often higher in sodium and fat content which will cause Candida Albicans growth in your body.
