It is the time to be happy and take care of your baby. Simultaneously you can work for your own body as well but as you know miracles do not happen when it comes to reducing weight. The best way to stay in shape after pregnancy is to take care of your weight some time and during pregnancy. before pregnancy, try to reduce a good amount of weight but don't be underweight and during pregnancy their a lot of exercises available which can help.

To help reduce the enlarged tummy with only the stretched skin and plenty of fats inside, practice wearing girdles all the time. this way, the tummy will slowly go back to its smaller size than when you dont use any girdle. This is proven!

I am single here but if ever i get married and get pregnant i will be more conscious of my diet because for me it is so hard to lose weight especially after pregnant.

It's best to control your eating desires when pregnant so you don't have any problems slimming up. Also those girdles seems to be a good idea too. I think you have to wear them daily for best results.

Yes, eat well and healthily during pregnancy but try to curtail your weight gain. It's so easy just to go all out with the eating during pregnancy but it'll just make it that much harder to lose the weight after as you've gotten yourself accustomed to eating whatever you desire. Exercising soon after pregnancy will help you get back in shape quicker too.

I bet you can't just exercise after labor I guess it takes some months to be able to do your normal habits. Some overweight pregnant women makes it harder to deliver because the baby is too big. Sometimes it gives a bad effect to the baby if you eat too much while pregnant.
