Default Weight loss tips:

Half a teaspoon of lime combined with one tablespoon of honey in warm glass of water every morning before breakfast.
This really works.. I have found significant weight loss in my brother...

Did he do anything else? like other diet or exercise at the same time?
and what is significant? how many pounds?
