More water in the system will give an extra radiance to your skin. Just a few extra glasses of water will make you healthier and beautiful. |

I agree water is required not only for weight loss but also for the proper functioning of the entire body. Apart from this juice fasting can also be of great help, when it comes to reducing weight.
