I am currently seeing a nutritionist and consuming around 1500 calories per day. I also work out four days per week for 1-2 hours each session. I have been keeping this routine for the past 3 months and have not lost any weight. I have been on medication for hypothyroid for the past month and have been told that this medication should help me lose weight but so far it has not. Does anyone have any advice on losing weight with hypothyroid?
