Default Tips to lose weight fast and keep it away

Start by keeping a diary: note down what you eat, how much and when.

This diary will help you in a number of ways to lose the excess weight you have gained. Simply writing down what you eat and how much of it you consume will help you identify what are the things that you tend to gorge on.

The diary help you stave of your cravings in a better way than any tooth brushing or distraction will. You will keep away from junk food and avoid over eating automatically as you keep the diary. Merely the thought of having to write down the days over indulgence will help you do this .As your go on keeping track of your eating habits you will find that you have entered into a healthy competition with yourself to try and eat healthier as compared to the previous day.

The diary will also help you keep a track of when you tend to crave a snack; middle of the day; with your evening tea etc. This will help you plan healthy snacks like fruits or high fibre low fat tit bits instead of grabbing what is at hand and running the risk of taking in more calories than your daily recommended intake for weight lose.

Remember to drink plenty of water and I am sure you will be on track to a far healthier and shapely you than at the beginning of your journal.

I feel that keeping a diary will be your biggest aid in losing weight fast and effectively keeping it away.

I've always thought a food diary was a good idea, and I used to do that when I was young haha, but never kept up with it enough. I'm sure it's very helpful!

You need to carry your food diary everywhere. Because if not and you just left it at home, when you go out, you always forget your diet. I guess, a good motivation is needed to achieve your goal of being slim.

When it comes to losing weight there are many ways which one can use like jogging, cycling, walking etc but these measures do not provide results within a short period of time. A person can also do yoga to reduce their weight. Apart from this the latest method of detoxification which is popularized by health centers like Ocean resort and Fresh Start is also beneficial and has helped out many people in reducing their weight
