Default Help needed to lose weight

I am 23yrs old girl . I was 60 kgs 4 yrs back. But right now i am 70 kgs.
I need to lose the extra 10 kilos.

I work in a s/w company (noon shift) . So i used to get up at around 10 , have my lunch n leave to office n sleep at 12am or 1 am . N in office i sit before the system for long time.
Past few days i have been jogging on the treadmill for 10 to 15 mins.
After a lot of research on th net , i thought of givin the fruit diet a shot.

So now , my lunch, snacks , n dinner is only fruits. ( grapes , banana , orange , lemon , apple , pear ) . I have a fruit juice every noon.
I also see to it that try joggin regularly on the treadmill.

But somehow i feel i don't seem to be sheddin any fat

Am i doin th right thing ? Is there anythin extra i need to do ??

My plan is to shed those extra 10 kilos as soon as possible. pls help me ladies

You seem to be doing everything right, it just takes time to get your metabolism to work. How long have you been jogging? If it has only been a couple weeks, perhaps it is too early to expect noticeable results.

Do you swim? Many of my friends got amazing results with 30mins swim & 20-25mins of cardio (treadmill) every day taking breaks in between if needed.

I would also like to ask everyone whether you guys ever tried losing weight using fat burner. My friend from UK is sending one of such products.

I think swimming, working out with a friend and Wii Fit are some of the easiest ways and they keep me motivated. I like doing things that don't make me feel like I'm working out per say.

It seems like you're exercising properly, so maybe the issue is with what you're eating. Are you only eating fruits? What is your protein and fiber intake like? How often do you snack?

Starving yourself or using the treadmill for 15 minutes is not going to help you lose weight.
Any aerobic exercise such as treadmill , walking swimming etc needs to be done for minimum 30 minutes .Your heartbeat needs to be sustained at a a higher level than while you are at rest for about this length of time for your body to begin burning fat .

Hi!
My first advice is that you should exclude bananas from your dietary intake! It is a well known fact that this product provokes the increase of the body weight.
The second is that you should understand that the process of the weight loss is a long and creative process. Don't be in a hurry!

Hi
There are many ways that you can try in order to reduce weight and i think you are only following one aspect and that is diet. Apart from this you should try yoga as it will definitely help in reducing weight. If you want to lose weight within a specified period then in that case it is better you join the detoxification program at various health centers like Fresh Start as it will help you out in achieving your objective successfully
Best of luck
