Default Today is the day!

After snacking and snacking threw the holidays, the time has come to get some of that extra weight off. Today is my starting day. I figure if I tell someone, then I am more likely to be accountable. I am back to counting points and exercising daily.

Did you start a new years weight loss program?

Frankly speaking, I prefer not to overload my stomach during the holidays. I think that it is very hard to lose an extra weight caused by the festival meals. I think that it is very stressful!

I've heard that telling others will actually lessen the chance of you doing it. Just saying.. but I'm sure you know what you're doing. For some people, I'm sure it works

You need to convince yourself that your doing the exercise because you want to be healthy and not because you want them to notice you lost weight. Your doing it for yourself and not for other people.

Good luck Don't be like me and give up because you missed a day lol. I always do that. Now, I just try to at least go for a walk and move.. it's a start lol

I have finally reached my threshold for working out. Since last June I have joined 4 different gyms & paid almost twice but have worked out sincerely only for 4 straight days. Now I give up.
