Default Forgetting to eat

Does anyone else do this? My weight can go up and down quite a bit, because sometimes I get so focused on what I'm doing that I forget to eat. I think it started when I lived with my mom and I was so stressed out that I just kinda didn't care much to eat. Stress its another thing that makes me eat less. (Or even eat more sometimes, it's pretty random)

you should eat more tuna. it is supposed to improve memory.
It is kind of a self-fulfilling prophesy, you eat tuna and your
memory improves and then you remember to eat more tuna
and so on......

I am in an eating phrase right now, but forgetting to eat is something that I often find myself doing (or not doing). My father and one of my brothers is the same way. It may be hereditary. In my younger days I considered eating a waste of time. There were so many other things that I wanted to do that I didn't want to lose time by eating.

I don't forget to eat as the breakfast is something that I can not pass off. If I don't get my first meal of the day, I will not be able to function properly all day. As for the rest of the day, it really depends on how I feel as just one meal per day usually is enough for me.
