The benefits of high protein diets
Proteins are essential for the body as all our systems require them for replenishment & sustenance. Proteins are absolutely essential for cell growth & maintenance of normal musculature & tone-so necessary for normal activity and health. Protein not only gives you the energy to stay healthy & active but also is helpful in weight loss.

I must add this list of protein rich foods; eggs, meat, fish, spinach, soybean, whole grains, rice, oats and peanuts.

But of course, everything in moderation is advise.
