I am completely agreeing with your statement. But I should like to add that it would be advisable to be reasonable and calm during the process of the weight loss. The results will not be available tomorrow by no means !

That's a great point! It's just not going to work if you aren't trying hard enough. It bugs me how people think they can lose weight so easily.. it just isn't something you can fix overnight. You gotta commit yourself

Yes, I totally agree that weight loss is a continuous process and will not happen overnight. This is why it is called healthy living.

LOsing weight is such a hard thing to do. WE know what we basically need to do...a balanced lifestyle of exercise and diet...but we still can't seem to follow it!

I agree to whatever said but these days there are so many methods available for weight loss and the most popular among them is the method of detoxification. There are various health and spa centers who are working on this principle to help their customers
