Thumbs up Tips for weight loss

Breakfast : Following facts must be kept in mind while planning a breakfast:
You must earn your breakfast, so before you eat, take any form of exercise that suits your lifestyle.
Breakfast should preferably consist of fresh items – fresh fruits, fresh juices, sprouts, nuts and seeds (soaked almonds, walnuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, etc.) Alternatively have skimmed milk with nuts.
Avoid eating cereals in any form (roti, bread, cornflakes).
Lunch : Eat a wholesome lunch consisting of roti (wheat or jowar) with freshly cooked vegetables, dals, preceded by salad and vegetables of your choice.
Evening snack: Any fresh seasonal fruit.
Dinner: Same as lunch but halve the quantity.

Hey what you said was absolutely right .As i am busy I wont find time to have break fast .Directly I have my lunch at 1:00 .I know its not good for health but still as I am busy with my kids early morning I won't find to have break fast

I love breakfast! I'm one of those people that has to have breakfast or by 10:00, I am dying to eat something. I've heard it's the most important meal of the day.

I am usually not very hungry in the morning, but I try not to skip breakfast, realizing how important it is. I can only eat a good meal for breakfast if it is actually a "brunch" - late breakfast / lunch.

I understand to eat light and sensibly, but you should make sure that your meals aren't too light or else you'll end up snacking or eating too much to deal with the hunger.

Same here. If I don't get breakfast first thing in the morning, I become completely non-functional and also get in a foul mood. I wouldn't give up my breakfast for anything else that's going on in the morning, even if that means I am running late to work, as I will still grab something on the go.

Weight loss is more about determination and if you are determined then definitely you will achieve your objective. When it comes to losing weight there are various options like cycling, jogging, walking etc but a lot also depends on the type of diet that you are following.
