The key to losing weight is changing your editing habits. Otherwise, you are likely to put on all the lost weight once the weight-losing programme is withdrawn. In order to 'look smart', learn how to 'eat smart'. choose the following: 1. Egg white over whole egg. 2. Fish over eggs, meat and chicken. 3. Steamed, boiled or highly cooked meals over fried and heavily spiced ones. 4. Seasonal fruits and sprouts over fancy breakfast options. 5. Eat in a small plate. 6. Take small portions. 7. Jowar roti over wheat chapatti and rice (at least 3-4 times a week). |

MY tips.... 1.exercise daily to burn calories 2. drink plenty of water 3. cut down on sugar, sodas and junkfood 4. don't skip meals 5. eat in moderation |

Great list to start. I'd like to add: Choose whole grains over refined ones. Eat a moderately sized salad (no fattening dressing) before your dinner.

I think the only tip that I would like to give you is try the method of detoxification as it is becoming increasingly popular in health cenbters in Cnada like Fresh Start and spooke. This method will not only help you in reducing weight but also bring your health and well being back on track. Best of luck |

Hey... Here are some more tips to loos weight... 1. Wake up early to workout 2. Go for the grains 3. Add some protein 4. Switch your soda 5. Walk more especially when you are on phone. 6.Try a simple chair workout 7.Eat in small proportion 8. Drink water more. 9. Include dark chocolate in diet as it good for health 10.
