Red face Obesity

1. Fat-free milk, not whole milk.
2. Buttermilk over milk.
3. Whole grain cereals over refined ones.
4. Fruits over rich deserts or snacks eaten as fillers.
5. Salads over rich appetizers.
6. Lemon water not shakes and sodas.
7. Clear soups over cream soups.

I think the answer to solving obesity is more than just choosing food that's better for us. It's also about being a disciplined eater. Don't go to a fast food restaurant for every meal, learn to stop eating when your body is full, and read nutrition labels are good habits to prevent obesity.

Good eating habits is one of the best solution to fight obesity. Eating slowly will help you loss weight. It takes 30 minutes before our stomach transmit pulses to the brain that it is full. So avoid eating quickly.

Eating right is a major part of losing weight, but we can't forget about exercising, sleeping 8 hours a night, and just keeping up with our general health

For me avoiding temptations would be one of the solutions for this. Also avoid eating when depressed, mostly people do this when they're on a bad mood they eat a lot then go fat.

Obesity has become one of the biggest reasons leading to chronic diseases with high mortality rate. What you eat & also drink should also be included in preventive measures. I read people who are active & on well diet have lesser chance in developing obesity. Also that going on vacations regularly also helped in preventing obesity as well as maintaining good health.

Discipline and moderation are two keys to assist individuals with eating disorders. I think it takes a change in the mindset. We all need food and water. Without it we would die. But many times we eat and drink beyond nutrition. But we eat for pleasure. One characteristic of pleasure is that we can never get enough. When food becomes are pleasure we can never seem to get enough of it.

First of all I think that obesity is not the final sentence for the person. There are many ways to overcome the obesity. But the main condition for the victory over this diagnosis is the hard and constant work. You should use not only the food choosing but you should use the physical activity with the special food supplements.

When it comes to losing weight then diet is a very important factor but it is not the only factor that should be considered. Apart from this activities like cycling, jogging, walking and even yoga are equally important. Apart from this there are various methods of detoxification that can also be used if you want to reduce weight
Best of luck
