We all hit to lose weight so to accomplish it one needs to set goals that can be achieved. First and foremost do not get in to extensive dieting to lose weight. Dieting means keeping away from fatty and oily food and not keeping away from food. Over exercising will also led to exhausting your body and mind that giving you the desired results. Do not drain out the vitamins from your body. So what you really need to do is consume less calories than you already intake and see the excess weight vanishing. It is very important to sit down and plan what you eat everyday and stick to your new less calorie.

| Hello, My doctor advised me to eat a salad before dinner to cut some of the calories. I know eating salads is nothing new, but, I had never done it regularly before a meal. It really has cut my appetite some, allowing me to eat less and feel full. |

when dieting, never skip a meal, just reduce the intake of the food in every meal. try eating fruits only in the evening.

I do not think that there is a magic pill or formula for dropping those unwanted pounds. I myself have been overweight, I tried everything from weighltloss pill to dieting but nothing really work for me. Good thing I heard of Christopher Guerriero from a friend and he offers effective advise on how to lose those unwanted pounds in a healthy way.
