Default Lemon water for weightloss

Its a very old and known method for weight loss, its having luke warm lemon water first thing in the morning.
There have been alternations in this some add half a tea spoon of honey and some dont. Lemon water helps regulate your metabolism sugar absorbtion which aids in helping to lose weight.
You will not see results immediatly but over time you will.

Lemon water is an excellent way to start your day, even ifs notfor weight loss its an excellent way to detox your body and make you feel refreshed through out the day.

Lemon water with honey for weight loss is very well known method of weight loss. Its something which has been tried by me too, and it works and really cleanses your system.
I would definantly recommend this for those trying to lose weight or even cleanse their system.

Yes yes yes, lemon water is excellent and an old method for weightloss, whether it works or not I dont know, but its something I have every morning. Throughout of the time I have been drinking lemon water I have heard different things of having it with honey and not having it with honey. I started off having it without honey so I thought I might aswell carry on with that.

Just so that people dont know, you are supposed to have lemon water in luke warm water....I dont know why but thats how its supposed to be had first thing in the morning.

I love drinking lemon water, firstly because it is so easy to make and secondly, I love the taste of raw lemon. I think the best way to drink this is to juice the lemon and then add water to fill up the glass. Just make sure to no add sugar. This is a great way to suppress your appetite. I generally start my day drinking lemon water and then going for a long walk. Follow this with a fruit only breakfast. I lost 5 pounds in a week of doing this and I highly recommend this to everyone.
