Default The right weight loss plan

Here is a look at what the right weight loss plan for a woman should include.

The weight loss plan should have a healthy eating plan. It should reduce the calories without leaving out any particular type of foods. The weight loss plan should include foods from every place in the nutrition pyramid.

The plan should also include proper exercise. The exercise should include at last 30 to 60 minutes of cardiovascular activity for at least a period of 5 days every week. If you can do it for 6 to 7 days every week it would be even better.

The weight loss plan should include a proper medical supervision. It should include a meeting with your own health care provider before you start with the weight loss, during the weight loss and after losing the weight.

The plan should include the identification of behavior modification. It is one of the key elements of permanent weight loss. You have to identify the things that trigger you to eat. Often when you see a therapist specializing in weight loss, he or she can help you to identify your eating triggers. This way you can say “No” to any type of inappropriate eating.

Instead of instant weight loss the right weight plan should help in a slow and steady weight loss. The weight loss should be consistent at about ¾ to 2 pounds every week. Under normal circumstances the weight loss should not be more than 3 pounds per week, if one wants to maintain a good health while losing the extra weight.

The right plan should also include a proper maintenance plan. If the weight loss plan does not include a maintenance plan, then it is not worth the time spent. The plan can help you to maintain your new weight after your diet. The plan should incorporate healthy eating habits and regular physical activities to make sure that you maintain yourself well.

A lot of people do the quick weight loss methods and like Jessika said get prone to diseases and would end up putting that weight straight back on and much quicker than than the rate they lost it at!

It may sound boring and repetitive but the key to weight loss, is good healthy food and regular exercise!

There is no "magic formula" that will quickly give us that perfect body we want while we continue to eat whatever we want and avoid exercise. The sooner we realize and accept it, the better. Starving yourself is not a solution, either.

Yes i agree with you. You need to maintain your exercise and diet so you will stay in shape. I can say that exercise is the best weight lose technique.

I think this would be the easiest weight loss plan too. I think a lot of people set themselves up for failure when it comes to weight loss, because they expect to see results right away and then they give up too early. Honestly, I would start out easy and then work toward eating better. For people like me, (who are addicted to sugar/caffeine and don't like to exercise) I think it's easiest to just take it a day at a time and when you just get the urge, get the things you crave.. the cheeseburgers, ice cream, whatever and don't feel bad. You can do better tomorrow You have the rest of your life to perfect the skill lol
