So we still haven't decided on our wedding colors. We have discussed it many times, but we still can't agree on colors we want. Our wedding is June 5, 2010 and I really would like tulips and calla lilies in my bouquet. So colors that would work with those. I really wanted like a light pink or a bold pink or purple in the wedding, but he does not want either of those colors. His favorite color is orange, but I'm not to keen on that. I would like black and white, with one or two accent colors. I saw on a magazine, that there was a bold magenta with green and it was beautiful. But nope, can't have any pink or purple.

Any ides on how to get him to like pink/purple? Or any other suggestions?

Why can't you go for Peach/Lavender, as peach appear like orange which your would be likes.

I can't believe that your guy even cares about the colors. Usually it is the bride who is in charge of deciding the colors. I like the peach/lavendar idea! That way you both win!

I don't think he really does, it is a control issue.

Why don't you try the combination of apple green and fuchsia pink? I saw the combination before and it looks very nice also at the picture.

As you have your own choice of color so he has his own. You can search for the dresses with orange color. May you find any of the dress which you also like. There are different shades of same color. You can go for light orange or orange mix with other color. May you find a dress you really like consisting orange color. In that way you can keep him happy.
