Had anyone seen the newest adaption of "The Witches of Eastwick" just called "Eastwick"? I know it got cancelled by ABC, but the show was like a guilty pleasure for me, and it was a little like chick lit, but I still watched it. What did you think about it?

I haven't watched the show but I had seen the movie, I believe it was with Jack Nicholson. I guess it was okay, but it didn't have much of a substance. I like shows or movies that are more serious, based on every day issues and events.

I guess you could say the same thing about the newest remake. I can see why it got cancelled, but it still had some merit to it. I like a lot of serious shows myself, but a little junk food TV can't hurt every once in a while.
