I must admit, I'm a little bummed out that Christina Aguilera is in a DirecTV commercial. I worked for Comcast for almost a year, so I know it's probably just because I'm biased. But, Comcast treats their employees and customers so well. I've never known a company that treats people so amazing and has the greatest benefits. I miss working there quite a bit, but I know it's not what I am meant to be doing.

I used to work for Comcast, which is pretty much in direct competition with DirecTV lol. So, it's probably me just being weird haha. I'll always like Comcast, because they treat their employees and customers so well. I've always heard bad things from customers and ex employees of DirecTV.

LOL, I get it - as far as the commercials go, people accept the offers from the one that pays the most, it's all about money after all. So, I really don't think she does it because she's a fan but simply because she gets paid for it

Was she also promoting a song through that commercial? If she wasn't, she sure looked like she was. That's how the business works. I'm sure it's just about money and nothing else. Maybe DirectTV is trying to get a corner on the Latino market at the same time.

Ya, she was promoting her song as well. Haha. It's funny.. Beyonce was in one of their commercials and now she is. I just find it funny, b/c DirecTV seems to need help to get attention, while Comcast just kinda goes with it and sells themselves.

Especially with the economy how it is, I'd much rather stay with Comcast, b/c I can cancel at anytime. I don't like contracts if I can avoid em

I don't like contracts either. You get stuck with them even when you can't afford them any longer or if you find a better deal. It sucks having to pay the cancellation fees as well.
