This comedy series is about four clever nerds. They are all scientists and their lives revolve around playing computer games, eating take-away food and constructing new scientific theories.

The characters are a bit stereotyped and hilarious. Daresh can't talk while there is a woman in the vicinity and Sheldon is simply not interested in anything but his brilliant mind. Penny is a typical blond girl. She lives next to Leonard and Sheldon, and works as a waitress. She is the absolute opposite of the guys but the most normal person of them all.

It is extremely funny and cleverly written.

I actually enjoyed watching this series in the beginning as the characters were pretty interesting. However, after a few months of almost identical episodes, I finally gave it up as it didn't get any better than the first episode...

I watched part of one episode, but I had trouble following the show because I did not know the characters, personalities or the plot. If I can find beginning episodes I might enjoy the show.

The stereotype characters make it so funny. They don't really fit into the real world around them. You will need to see it from the beginning. You have to listen to the dialogue, which is very clever, to understand the comedy. It's very subtle and not the typical slapstick comedy.
