I haven't been able to travel anywhere yet, but in high school, the next best thing to going to another country was having people from another country come to you. What was the most interesting country that an exchange student came from?

I would have to say someone from Africa would be really amazing. I think we had one from China or Japan at one point. That's pretty brave of them! I would be terrified to move schools like that!!!

Wew an exchange student that would be pretty cool to meet someone foreign. The only new student we have is just the normal transfer students. I don't think our school was ready yet to reach that kind of level.

There were people from all over at my school which I found pretty surprising since I considered my school to be like a nowhere place. There was someone from Germany, Japan, Russia, Iceland, and even Uzbekistan! It was nice having them there.

We had an exchange student from Romania. Personally, I thought he was kind of weird. I also had a friend who went to England as an exchange student. She loved her time there!

I liked listening to their accents. Even if the people were from a country that I would never visit myself, talking to them made me feel like I had gone there for a little while.
