Closed Threads

I was wondering why threads are closed all of the time? I'm constantly checking out the new threads and it seems a lot of the recent threads are now closed. I get all the way done reading through the thread and come to find out its closed so I cannot respond. Is there any particular reasons why a thread is closed?

I got the same question! There are many threads that can have more modifications & need more information. Hope these threads are opened, after all it’s better to have all related information within a single thread rather than list of threads.

A few others asked this question not too long ago and the Admin is closing them for 2 reasons from what I remember. Either people are responding and not really contributing to the conversation, plus.. she would like us to open new threads so there are more conversations going on. I can't find the thread or I would give you the link

Yeah, I have seen several threads that I have good quality stuff to contribute AND I CAN'T because its closed! It doesn't make sense to open a new thread about the same thing.
