Default Diet and Nutrition Sections

Thanks for having two different sections on diet and nutrition, as these two things are slightly different and it helps in posting information on these things as well as finding the relevant information on either diet or nutrition!

Many people think that both diet and nutrition mean the same thing and often get confused in it, but when coming on the forum they will understand the two better and see their difference!

Its a common thing which many people get confused about and some think that both diet and nutrtion is the same. But in fact they are different, well thats what i think. Nutirtion is food types which are in five main food groups and they include, fruits, vegetables cereals and pulses, dairy, poultry, fish and meat products. Where is diet is what you consume and also the amount of food you consume which is include fry foods, fattening food etc, also such as calories you consume or if you eat a particular type of food such as only vegetable, low calorie food, organic food etc.
