Last night, i had a terrible dream. In my dream, i was lost in a jungle full of snakes and blood, it was the most horrifying dream i had ever had in my entire life. when i got up in the morning, i realized that i was lying straight with my hands on my chest which is not a good and healthy way to sleep and may cause bad dreams.

I don't think your sleeping posture would cause bad dreams. Do you get this dream regularly? I get similar snakes dreams every now and then and I can understand it is not the most pleasant experience. It is wierd, but I get dreams of elephants chasing me quite regularly ;-) -F |

They say dreams are results of inner thoughts and some sort of a caution that something will happen. But still at the later part its up to you to believe what the meanings of a dream. The other day i dreamed of a rat at bite me and I've browsed up the meaning of it, it says a friend will somewhat try to harm me.

| Hmm.. interesting! Where did you hear that sleeping that way could cause bad dreams?? I've never heard that before. Have you ever read those dream books where you analyze what your dreams mean. I skim them once in a while out of curiosity. It's pretty fun! |

People quite often tend to have bad dreams when they go to bed stressed.. Seeing snakes in dreams has been interpreted as there is presence of enemies in life.. So to avoid bad dreams its better to recite prayers and sleep.. |
