It's finally here- camping season.

We took our trailer to the lake on Memorial Day Weekend. It was a beautiful weekend to camp. I don't think our next campout will be until July 4th.

Are you a camper? Where do you like to go camping?

I am a camper too! My family loves to camp. This year our 1st trip will be on July 10-11. We are camping without the men for the first time ever-- it's just us women and the kids. Old Forge. About 4 hours away! I can't wait.

We've also got another trip planned for Aug 28-30. This is at a local campground. This is with all of us.

This summer is filling up already!

in India we go on treks n camps for anything from 4 days to 11 , 15, 19 day.....

My problem would be setting up the trailer and especially empting the black tank. That is totally a mans job!

We like State and National parks. This year Shenandoah National Park and a few parks in Vermont. We use an 8 man tent and I cook everything in a dutch oven over the hot coals. I love camping.

I hate camping, I've been once and I swore never again, we went very minimal and just thought we could survive with the bare necessities and I could never do it again, I like my creature comforts or I'd have to bring a luxurious tent fully equipped.

Mommy, if you ever do it again, maybe go to a camp ground with running water and electric hookups. there's a big difference between going to a campground and roughing it in the back country.

I like camping.and camping is done every day in villages seeking water play ground etc..thi is poor man's camping a habbit.

I've seen nice camp parks but I'd be tempted to check in to the Hotel down the road there's nothing like a bed and having all your stuff like electricity etc with you and not having to go to a communal area.

We just bought a 27' fifth wheel trailer this year and absolutely love it. We had talked about getting one for years now, and finally seized the opportunity when it presented itself. I am dreading the end of camping season and the winter. I love the fact that I need only to know what day it is, and not the time.
