Default Swimming

I love swimming, I think its one sport (well i think you can call it a sport) which I thoroughly enjoy! Its something which makes all my body parts move, allows me to gradually build my strength and something which is fun.

Its also something which I can do all year round, be it rain, sun or snow!

Swimming is the most complete and is the best exercise because all our muscles and organs, especially the heart and lungs get the benefits of the exercise.

Swimming is the easier form of exercise. I think it's a lot of fun, because you don't even feel like you're working out at all, but you're always sore later. I say, stop doing crunches, and SWIM!!!!! It's WAY easier!!

I love swimming, whether its in an outdoor pool or indoor pool. I find its a good form of exercise like everyone else has mentioned and also fun.

Swimming actually makes me feel more relaxed and relieved.

I agree with you. Swimming is something that is just soooo easy to do and it doesn't feel like you're working out, even though you are. It really builds all of your muscles and it's sooo good for your joints. I have bad knees that tend to get sore and pop and every time I swim, it's like I'm cured lol
