We must know that at the work place it is very important to behave properly. Nowadays, cases of sexual abuse are coming out from both the sexes. Its not only men who are being found guilty of passing objectionable remarks on there female colleagues but women are also being found guilty for passing comments and trying to lure there men colleagues. But these kinds of remarks and acts which effect either of the sexes can not be stopped and controlled without the coordination between the colleagues and the Management. The individual should come out with his complaint in front of everyone so that the guilty can be at least embarrassed enough not to repeat such things in future.

A friend of mine went through the same thing, and I advised her to open up in front of everyone, which in end made her life much easier and a better work place for her.

But does this help always???? at times it can complicate the situation and make life miserable too naa..
